Refund & Return Policy 

At Venza, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help.

1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

2. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Please return the item and place a new order for the correct size or color.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email support@venzastore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
